Emerging from Perth's heavy music scene in 2006, Ravior quickly earned recognition for their powerful live performances and dynamic stage presence.

With national radio support from Triple J, recognition from Groove Magazine as one of Western Australia's bands to watch, appearances in the feature film Crush, film soundtrack placements, and performances alongside acts including Dead Letter Circus, Birds of Tokyo, Hope Here Gone and Mammal, the band built a strong and loyal following throughout its original run.
